Troy Gravitt established Guardian Pest Control in 2004, after being in the business with other companies since 1992. Troy first started his career with Cook’s Pest Control in sales, progressing into commercial and residential servce, and finally moving into management.
Troy was hired by Orkin later to run the Chattanooga office. After one year with Orkin, he made a decision that if he was going to stay in the industry, he was going to establish his own company. Troy wanted to start a company that would put the customers first, even over profit if needed. Troy feels like he has accomplished this with Guardian Pest Control.

Guardian Pest Control may not be the less costly company in the area, but the staff and employees will do above what other companies will to provide the best service for its customers. Over 80% of the company’s new business comes from current customer referrals.
